Requirement
Only plumbers who hold an NQF Level 4 qualification will receive a QCTO Certificate of Qualification upon being deemed competent.
Plumbers with three or more years of experience may complete the course; however, they will not receive a QCTO Qualification Certificate until they qualify as an NQF Level 4 plumber. Once they successfully complete and pass the NQF Level 4 Trade Test, they will become eligible for the QCTO Certificate.
